Jacques Merlino is a 19 year old, Nashville based, singer-songwriter. He was born in Texas, but spent 10 years in France. He studies Astro-Physics at university, but writes hauntingly poetic love songs. He's both a young skeptic, and an old soul, in love with the stars, and the hope of love; both lost and found. On his debut EP, “Love Letters ", Jacques takes us on a powerful ride. From the pathos of "Tale of a Wild Man", through the Jazz inflected "In Between", to the bittersweet melancholy of "Love Letter", Merlino delivers. Using his gut string guitar and warm baritone, these timeless songs come to life.
